just got the game home, got it installed anbd then it says my key is invalad, just wanted to know of anyone else is haveing these problems?

I have the same problem : apparently my access key is bugged too. The first part of the code has 6 characters and on the account creation page i can only put in 5 characters per part of the code.

Anyone solved this problem ?

Ok I purchased the prebuy months ago. I picked up the retail copy when EBgames called that it was in. I installed it last night set it up without a problem. I played alittle last night and also this morning without problems.

Now, I go to log back in this afternoon and it is sending me back to the orginal set up asking for my key. WTF!? I enter the key AGAIN and it is telling me it is invalid. I can not play the game now , acsess my account information, NOTHING! I feel like I just waisted alot of money on a game I can not play. I emailed support and they havent answered back. I dont understand how or why this is happening. Is anyone else having this problem or know what to do about it?

ok forget what i said, i changed the language in french and there they stated that the printer made a mistake in printing the code ... go figure. They supplied an answer to the problem but not in english.

no prob i found it.

rammstein ---> change your language in german in the options on login screen. Perhaps u have the same problem. I hope this works for you too.

Everytime I've tried to enter my key I get an invalid key notice. The company that I bought the game from claim that no other person in this area has had a similar problem. If someone has found the soultion to this problem please post it
